The activity of SOMAFEL and of its employees is guided by the assumption of actions which give priority to the prevention and prohibition of non-conformity practices, such as bribery, corruption or the violation of principles of corporate ethics and thus abide by the anti-corruption laws and regulations applicable in the countries where it operates.<\/p>\n\n

On 20\/11\/2023, by decision of the Board of Directors , SOMAFEL adopted the Whistleblowing Policy of Teixeira Duarte, S.A., which is available for consultation here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

For that purpose, within Teixeira Duarte Group it is implemented a procedure that establishes how to communicate, control and treat the infringements which are reported, as a measure to prevent and to fight unlawful practices; if the whistle-blowers so desire, the system ensures their total anonymity. The reporting of infringement of applicable external and internal rules may be received through the\u00a0Whistleblowing Channel of the Teixeira Duarte Group<\/a>\u00a0and also through the following channels:<\/p>\n\n
