We have more than 600 employees on 3 different continents \u2013 Europe, Africa and Latin America<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In each of the countries where SOMAFEL operates it builds multidisciplinary and multicultural teams that combine the company\u2019s values and culture with the local cultural reality. SOMAFEL promotes team autonomy as a way of encouraging staff motivation and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
